Chapter 11 outlines the seventh therapy session. This reviews the progress that has been made on developing a competing response (CR) for tics so far and begins the function-based assessment and habit reversal training (HRT) for the next tic. The session also includes a discussion of relapse prevention strategies for monitoring and developing competing responses (CR) for new tics that may appear.
