Chapter 12 introduces the second phase of the treatment plan and session ten drafts a treatment contract between the patient and the therapist. An introduction and rationale for the treatment contract is given, and its different components are examined. Suggestions are made for the patient to build a support team and ways that the support team members can be involved in future therapy sessions.
