Chapter 4 discusses how assessment in OBCP is different in a very important way from assessment in other psychological specialties, and how at least two different types of assessments are required. At a minimum, the OBC psychologist has to assess both the job and the person, and this chapter covers task analysis, job analysis, job modeling, and outcomes.
