In this introduction to part 2 of Therapeutic Consultations in Child Psychiatry, Winnicott continues to describe his communication work, but with children who may have more complex issues to resolve and for whom parents, family, school, social situation, and other agencies will have more of a bearing, although they are not children he would describe as having antisocial tendencies.
