Chapter 13 discusses Session 10 of the ABCT program, which explores problem solving techniques, including problem solving as a general coping skill, joint problem solving and processes for family meetings. Relapse prevention is also discussed, including ways to identify and manage the warning signs so as to avoid relapse.
