Chapter 5 outlines Session 2 of the ABCT program. This session discusses processes to graph alcohol use and urges, and relationship satisfaction, as well as methods for functional (habit) analysis by identifying personal triggers and feelings, and their consequences. Exercises to encourage participants to notice positive behaviors in each other.
