Chapter 12 explores the eleventh and final session of treatment on relapse prevention and therapy termination. The fear and avoidance hierarchy will be rerated, and a practice plan will be developed so that progress can continue out of treatment sessions. The patient is prepared for symptom fluctuations and increases.
