Chapter 10 outlines the eighth session of CBSM treatment for prostate cancer recovery, which introduces mantra meditation techniques for relaxation, and discusses quality of thought, benefits of meditation, how to choose a mantra and a meditation posture, and the meditative attitude. The stress management module explores anger management, how to increase anger awareness, personal triggers and attitudes towards anger, as well as patterns of anger expression. Techniques for recognising anger behaviors are discussed, along with strategies to change maladaptive anger patterns
