Chapter 6 explores illness and the management of anger. This includes a definition of anger and its symptoms, and steps to help clients identify their feelings, the source of their anger, problem solve, and ease their mind (challenge habits, distraction, relaxation, focus on the positive, medication, support), to accept or forgive. Reconciliation at the end of life is also explored.
