Group leaders teach strategies to help members develop organizing skills to manage papers they have accumulated. A form helps them determine how long to keep various financial documents. Clients decide how long and when to work on organizing and develop a plan for how to file and where to keep papers with guidance from a list of filing categories. The group engages in an exercise for decision-making about papers. Vignettes illustrate group members’ interactions around organizing paper.
