One of the most common problems that military psychologists encounter on the battlefield and in garrison is disturbance of sleep. Military psychologists should be aware of the therapeutic treatment modalities in treating common sleep complaints and when appropriate referral should be made for diagnosis and treatment of complex sleep disorders.
