Comorbid conditions are common in children and youth with autism spectrum disorders. This chapter reviews the evidence on assessment, treatment and symptom overlap for Attention Hyperactivity Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and other anxiety disorders. Assessments reviewed include functional behavioral assessment and diagnostic assessment. Treatments include behavioral and pharmacological interventions.
